All items are despatched using An Post, the Irish postal service. Postage is charged by weight and is calculated at the checkout. You will have an opportunity to view the postage costs prior to confirming payment.
Order are usually despatched next day, however delivery times vary with the destination and on average can take between 7 to 10 working days to arrive.
Handknitted items will take longer as the are knit to order.
If you would like to receive your order quicker we can use FedEx or DHL however the cost of these services are often prohibitive. Please contact us if you wish to use a courier service before placing your order.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and so offer you a no quibble returns policy on unused saleable items. If for any reason you change your mind about a purchase you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund. Please note that items must be in their original condition and undamaged. Made to measure items are excluded from our 14 day refund policy.
Return postage costs will only be paid in situations where we have made an error, if you simply change your mind then you will bear the return postage costs.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email for an RMA number which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Items returned without an RMA number will not be refunded.
